I think you should!

It's lovely Riv :D . I see you have beautiful curvy beans in the border and I also love the seat under the window where Bombadil can admire his work.

I want to live there! Idyllic :D . I love all the cosy round windows with the warm glow coming through them.

Yes! And that's a very fine bridge as well. This one has the same sort of turquoise-y palette as your Withywindle picture, but I'm thinking here it's used to show that evening is coming.
Sing and be glad, all ye children of the West,
for your King shall come again,
and he shall dwell among you
all the days of your life.

Love the reflections, too, Riv, and the foliage!

Limited Edition Middle-earth Prints
Now Available at Rabbit Ridge Art

As mentioned previously, many of you have also contacted me over the summer to inquire about prints of my new Tolkien artwork coming this year as well. I am pleased to announce that the Best Places in Middle-earth 2010 Limited Edition prints are now also available only at Rabbit Ridge Art.

I have posted a couple of them here for you to check out. The stories of J.R.R.Tolkien inspire the Best Places in Middle-earth series - full of fun, beauty, and Tolkien magic. Each print is created using the Giclee process to create a virtually indistinguishable replica of the original work of art. Each piece is reproduced on the finest quality Epson Somerset Velvet 255 gsm paper to give each individual print the look and feel of the original watercolor artwork. Each 12" x 16" print is a limited edition of only 50 and is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist.

I've got my copy, Riv, and your picture looks wonderful! Mallorn's colour reproduction is second to none!

Great picture for a journal named Mallorn! Congrats!

Do you think this will be good for business?

Not sure how good it will be for business, Merry. They only publish the piece and reference the artist...not the website. :( But...I will hype it wherever I can in the next few days.

I got my copy of Mallorn today and yup...there was Cerin Amroth. :D It is always gratifying to see one's own pieces in print.

I fired off a thank you email to Henry Gee at Mallorn along with a jpeg of The Rolling Log Inn at Frogmorton attached. He answered immediately that he thought it was beautiful and put it in his file for the next Mallorn edition. \:D/

Here's hoping...
