Warm greetings to everyone! I read about this site on Viggo-Works and after reading a few of the forum posts, I decided to join in on the conversation.
I have loved the poetic nature of Tolkien's works for years, but I must admit it was Peter Jackson's first movie in the series that prompted me to re-read The Lord of The Rings trilogy again. I'm sure I read the books when I was younger, but every line I read seemed to have nuances and insight that I missed when I was younger. Maybe it's because I'm older (I would love to say wiser, but I'm not sure that's true!).
I'm looking forward to reading more posts, contributing my thoughts and learning more about Tolkien and his work.
