Oh bruce, the only answer to your great question is '96 Tears' by Questionmark and the Mysterians. But there again I am showing my age.

The tears hint is really throwing me.

The only other thing I can think of bruce is it is where Morgoth himself went to taunt his prisoner Húrin after the Nirnaeth..
