I found this, but it gives their Elvish names, not their Entish names:
I don't believe Tolkien ever enumerated their Entish names -- probably because they would each take an entire page or more to write out! See this entry from The Encyclopedia of Arda:"Only three remain of the first Ents that walked in the woods before the Darkness: only myself, Fangorn, and Finglas and Fladrif -- to give them their Elvish names; you may call them Leaflock and Skinbark if you like that better."
Entish -- The sonorous, rumbling and ancient language of the Ents, a language quite unlike those used by Elves or Men. Entish was a slow and thoughtful language for a slow and thoughtful people, in which words and names told the story of the things they described. This is perhaps part of the reason for the Ents' shyness about names, considering their own Entish names to be private things only to be told to trusted friends.

My apologies for the delay in confirming Merry's answer. I have been dealing with a sick child for the past few days, so the computer has been off.
Bard it is! Your turn, Merry!
