I give it a try: Shagrat was captain of the orcs of the tower of Cirith Ungol. He was the one who escaped with the mithril vest of Frodo.

I have been away for two days, and so I am reacting a little bit late. So here is my new question - for a start I'll try it with a level 1 from LOTR:
About which "areas" not in Middle Earth sings Galadriel in her farewell-song? And in which language did she sing?

Galadriel sings in Quenya. She sings of Varda, Calaciryo, and Valimar.
LOL... I think she's homesick.

Um, it's excellent ale?
Sing and be glad, all ye children of the West,
for your King shall come again,
and he shall dwell among you
all the days of your life.

What an amazing guess Merry. I think I'll give it to you because you are so very close. The actual answer is the Golden Perch is an Inn in Stock. It was reputed to have the best beer in the Eastfarthing.

Ha! Here is how little I know about the subject: are beer and ale the same thing?
Carrying on in the same vein: what was the invigorating cordial from Imladris called? (Level 1)
Sing and be glad, all ye children of the West,
for your King shall come again,
and he shall dwell among you
all the days of your life.
