Annúminas, Amon Sûl and Osgiliath's stones were destroyed. Elostirion in the Tower Hills was taken to Amen with Frodo et al. I believe that stone was a gift from Gil-galad to Elendil. The Anor-stone and the Orthanc-stone stayed in M-e. The Ithil-stone was in Barad-dûr during the War of the Ring but the fate is unknown.

Yes, indeed--you two make a good team! Since Philipa got most of the answer, should she go next?
I have been reading the Prologue to LOTR, from whence came the questioin on pipeweed. It occurs to me on this reading, moreover, that it reveals at least some important information about how the trilogy ends, including the fact that Merry, Pippin, and Faramir all survive to tell the tale and that someone named Elessar becomes King in Gondor!

Sing and be glad, all ye children of the West,
for your King shall come again,
and he shall dwell among you
all the days of your life.
for your King shall come again,
and he shall dwell among you
all the days of your life.
