Wow, you're quick!
Just for my own curiosity, could you direct me toward where you find that in the book? I must not have been paying attention to details when I read that part!
And, sure, I'd love to have the next question!
I was thinking of the LOTR films last night and came up with a few questions about things various characters are seen (or not seen) doing during the course of the three films.
So, my first question is probably a level 2 but in terms of familiarity with the film versions.
In all three films, please name five scenes in which written material (any form of writing) is shown (not just people holding books). And for those elusive bonus points, if a character is reading the text, please tell us who it is.
One hint is that there are more than five scenes.
Happy New Year everyone!

Actually I found it in Karen Wynn Fonstad's The Atlas of Middle-earth (a terrific resource). It is in the chapter on The Hobbit.cross_harps wrote:Just for my own curiosity, could you direct me toward where you find that in the book? Darlin' I hate to break it to you but these games and forum is pretty much dominated by the written work of Tolkien. Although we've thought about the movies as a side line the discussions are only from material of the books. Only exception as of late is in the Hobbit forum for the impending movie (we're all dying to see).cross_harps wrote:

Could you throw us another bone.
Aiya Earendil Elenion Ancalima!
