Elros Tar-Minyatur, who's ruled 410 years. He was the son of Earendil and Elwing, and was 90 when he came to the throne of Numenor. He enjoyed baking and long walks, and almost invented duct tape.

Gil-galad appointed Elrond as his vice-regent in Eriador in 1701 of the Second Age...The object Gil-galad gave Elrond was Vilya, the Blue Ring, the mightest of the Three Rings of the Elves..
