This is from the chapter "Barrels Out of Bond" in "The Hobbit," and it is said by one of the Elvenking's guards, who arrive to find the Butler and the Captain of the Guard passed out from drinking the King's best wine. They then proceed to push the barrels into the river, and thus Bilbo and the Dwarves escape from the Elvenking's fortress.
