Yes ... these parts of the story that happened on the same momentous day are strewn all over the place.

I know we are discussing the Appendices on that thread right now ... but ... after that discussion reaches it's conclusion, I think it may be time to pick up on the next chapters in LOTR and have some fun (yet again) discussing them at length.
