Not quite Merry. Very close.
Philipa, the Potter series took me too and I am almost finished re-reading the series. Although Rowling is not as lyrical a writer as Tolkien, her insights into what is mysterious and all so human is often breathtaking. Having raised a son and lived to tell the tale after adolescence, the Potter series is very resonate for me.
