Sacrilege!!!!
Actually, I've read the story three times this week. It's like a movie you view more than once. There is a lot there to digest and review over again. I really enjoy this story. More to come....

Someone has asked me if there is a schedual for discussions per parts of the book. My gut feeling is we'll move on when there is a general feel for it or if you ask for a new thread whichever comes first.

I, for one, haven't said what I need to say about Tuor yet--sorry, the mind is elsewhere this week. But I'm working on it!

I agree that we should just move on when we are ready and everyone feels they've said what they have to say. Then we can set the next chapter and get reading

Is anyone interested in moving on? The next chapter is 'The Tale of the Children of Hurin'.

I would love to Philipa.

How long do we have to read the chapter before discussing?

It will be interesting to read the Unfinished Tales version again after the book with the full story. I'll try and get through it by the 16th.

We can all start reading the next chapter while still discussing the last one - which has been a great discussion
