With this link you can find your Elvish, Hobbit, Dwarf or Wizard name. :D

Lord of the Rings Name Generator

By the way, here is my Elf name: Nienna Calmcacil
And my Hobbit name: Dimple Danderfluff of Willowbottom

I found another Middle-earth name generator.

And my Hobbit name: Ruby Toadfoot of Frogmorton

but, I typed in my son's name and look at his Elvish name:

These names can be quite a mouthful....

Hobbit Name - Lily Gamwich of the Bree Gamwiches

Gamwich...is that the Hobbit version of a sandwich?

I wonder if someone had the same first or last name as I would have the same name generated as me. It must has something to do with the letters in your name. :-k

My elvish name is Eámanë Fëfalas and my hobbit name is Bramblerose Overhill of Nobottle. But when I typed in my maiden name I became Eámanë Númenessë and Bramblerose Bolger. Does this mean that I'm related to you Riv?

My Elvish name is : Inwe Arcamenel
My Hobbit name is: Esmerelda Bulge of Hobbiton

Lúthien Ancalimë, WOW and
Rosie-Posie Knotwise of Michel Delving
Well, I always said I wasn't a hobbit! Now I'm even more convinced. 8) There really can't be a hobbit with such a horrible name (:-( , can there? :nervous:
But Lúthien, brave Elven princess :worship: and Ancalimë, longest ruling queen on Numénor :worship: , that I can live with.

Maybe people who are more elven get elven names and hobbitty people get good hobbit names? :-k

Other members of the family (including uncle, aunt and cousins) are called Fastolph, Berilac, Wilibald, Bulbo, Mungo, Primula and Orangeblossom Knotwise of Michel Delving, why can't I be Orangeblossom?  I got Rosie-Posie even when I tried my middle name.  I do understand Michel Delving, isn't that the place where they have the mathom house? :?: My family have mathoms enough for three houses. Collectors, you know. 8)

My most hobbit-like uncle is called Posco Sandybanks of Frogmorton, do you possibly know him Cassandra? He likes to go to Germany for vacation, that is rather hobbit-like, don't you think?

In Elvish my parents are called Elrond and Celebrian, how weird is that? Too bad I'm not Arwen. 8) Most of my other relatives with the same surname have more obscure names, just one Valandil and another Celebrian.

Well, I haven't done these for a while...

My elf name is Lúthien Anwarünya so you're not the only Lúthien out there, Estel :P .

But alas! My Hobbit name is still Ivy Grubb. Still, the Grubbs are a good family  .

My favourites so far are Esmerelda Bulge and Bramblerose Overhill of Nobottle  .
